Boarding & Lodging

Q: What are your standard lodging rates?
A: Standard lodging is $45 per day. Each additional pet in the same enclosure is $37 per day.

Q: What accommodations are provided for boarding dogs?
A: All accommodations are climate-controlled, include cozy bedding, and fresh water at all times. Dogs are taken outside multiple times daily to exercise yards for bathroom breaks, play, and staff interaction. This helps reduce stress and keep pets comfortable.

Q: Do you offer overflow boarding when you are full?
A: Yes. Overflow boarding is $70/day and uses large airline crates with extra outdoor rotations out to ensure comfort. Pets must be crate trained.

Additional services

Q: Do you offer grooming or bathing services?
A: Yes. While we don’t offer outside grooming, we can schedule these services during your dog’s stay.

Baths: Start at $45 (includes ear cleaning, nail trim, brush out; price varies by size/coat).
Grooming: Starts at $65, final price upon request.
Nail trim: $15–$20.
Anal gland expression: $15.

Special Needs

Q: What qualifies a dog for special needs lodging?
A: Dogs requiring customized care such as complex medication schedules (4+ meds/day, injections, eye drops, ear/teeth cleaning, post-op or wound care), mobility assistance, or aggressive behavior management may qualify.

Q: How much does special needs lodging cost?
A: Rates start at $60/day. If you’re unsure, select “special needs” when booking. We’ll contact you to confirm eligibility and adjust your booking if standard care applies.

Check in / out

Q: What are your check-in and check-out hours?
A: Dogs may be checked in or out during regular business hours. Off-hour pick-ups or drop-offs are available by appointment for $20 per family.

Q: Should I bring my dog’s food?
A: Yes, Most people prefer to keep their dog on their regular diet.  Please bring food in a labeled, resealable container with more than enough for the entire stay. We can refrigerate, freeze, or microwave prepared meals.

Q: What if I forget or run out of food?
A: We provide premium dry and canned food with selected treats. If your dog has special dietary needs, we’ll attempt to purchase the same food and charge for the cost plus a procurement fee.

Q: Do I need to pre-portion my dog’s meals?
A: No. We will carefully measure and serve food according to your instructions.

Bedding & toys

Q: Should I bring my dog’s bedding or toys?
A: We provide clean bedding and toys, but you may bring one or two toys or a small blanket if your pet finds them comforting. Please don’t bring large blankets, high-value, or irreplaceable items.

medications & Suplements

Q: Can you give my dog medication?
A: Yes. Please bring medications in original, labeled containers. We log each dose as required by law.

Q: How many medications can you administer?
A: Up to 4 oral meds/supplements daily are included at no extra charge. Special Needs Rates apply to 5 or more medications/supplements per day.

Q: What if my dog runs out of medication during their stay?
A: We’ll make every effort to procure essential medications only. You’ll be billed for the medication and a procurement fee.  PLEASE BRING MORE THAN ENOUGH.

Q: Can I pre-mix my dog’s medication into their food?
A: No. Please provide medications separately so we can log and administer it properly.

immunizations & health

Q: What vaccines are required for boarding?
A: Dogs must be current on distemper, parvo, bordetella, rabies, and canine influenza. Flea and heartworm prevention is also required. Titers are accepted for distemper and parvo, but not for bordetella, rabies, or influenza.

What to bring

Q: What personal items can I bring?
A: Food (if preferred), medications in original containers, and 1–2 comfort toys or a small blanket. Please avoid high-value or irreplaceable belongings.

Q: Do I need to bring bowls?
A: No. We provide food and water bowls that are changed multiple times daily. Only bring a special feeding bowl if your dog requires one.
